Stanley R.
Goldstein
received
his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School
in 1960 and was admitted to the New
York bar in 1961. He was admitted to
the U.S. District Court, Southern and
Eastern Districts of New York, in 1964.
Mr. Goldstein is a member of the Association
of the Bar of the City of New York, the New
York State and American Bar Associations. He
has been practicing securities law since 1971.

Victor J.
DiGioia
received
his J.D. from St. John's University
in 1977 and his B.A. from the State
University of New York in 1974. He was
admitted to the New York bar and the U.S.
District Court, Southern District of New York,
in 1978: the U.S. Supreme Court in 1981 and the
New Jersey bar in 1983. Mr. DiGioia is a member
of the Association of the Bar of the City of
New York, as well as the New York State and
New Jersey Bar Associations. He has been
practising securities law since 1981.

Daughney
received
his J.D. from Hofstra University
School of Law in 1986 and his B.A. from
Clarkson University in 1983. He was admitted
to the New York Bar in 1987 and the U.S.
District Court, Southern District of New York
in 1991. Mr. Daughney was a member of the
International Property Investment Journal from
1985 to 1986. He is currently a member of the
American Bar Association, Section on Business Law.

Snyder
received
her J.D. from Touro College Jacob D.
Fuchsberg Law Center in 1994 and her B.A.
from State University at Albany in 1991. Ms.
Snyder was admitted to the New York Bar in 1995.
She is a member of the New York State Bar
Association, the Criminal Defense Attorney's
Association and the Women's Bar Association.

Dennis
O'Rourke
received his J.D. from Hofstra University
School of Law in 1995 and his B.S. from the
U.S. Naval Academy in 1989. Mr. O'Rourke was
